The Maxclever diaphragm pump MPA9003 drives the eccentric wheel and the bearing through the motor, so that the pendulum rod drives the sealing diaphragm to move back and forth to form a vacuum environment and pump gas. The technical solution adopted is as follows: insert the motor on the side and fix it with the pump head, connect the rotor head of the motor to the eccentric wheel, fix it with small screws to prevent the bearing from falling off during work, and install a balance bar in the middle of the rotor head to increase stability. Then put on the bearing and install it in the pendulum rod. The rotation of the eccentric drives the bearing and the pendulum rod to move back and forth, thereby driving the sealing diaphragm to move back and forth, creating a vacuum environment in the side cover of the pump. The gasket area of ​​this design is large and the contact surface with the side cover of the pump is wide, smooth and flat. Although the size of the pump head is enlarged, the vacuum chamber space formed is larger and the pressure generated by the pump is increased. A steel sleeve and a rubber sealing ring are designed between the sealing diaphragm and the pump side cover to make the diaphragm more stable and lower noise when the pump is working.
